This Riki Tiki backpack was cleverly designed and made by @myHeidiline with genuine fabrics she hunted down herself. Looking deeply into the fiery velvet on khaki fabric I see the tiki gods ready to impart wisdom about the next adventure. Combined with chocolate fabric that has a brushed corduroy feel from my childhood it has a luxurious quality of a bygone era that modern bags just don’t have. Lined with a pumpkin and micro polka dot fabric everything flows together from inside to out feeling wonderful to the touch. Pockets deep inside protected by a drawstring inside so you don’t see it on the outside as you clasp the cover magnetically for convenience. The heavy gold zipper pocket on the outside adds that final touch. Much to my surprise as I explored there was a handmade treasure lying deep on the bottom of the bag, a handcrafted tiki bookmark. To me this is pure luxury and I feel spoiled having it. . . . It makes me smile every time I see it, like a sunny day.
